This organisation is created by the church to look after the poor in Goa. The poor need not beg for money but they can be found out by looking at their house, their dress and their surrounding. Two young souls lost their lives in Morjim. Has Caritas ever thought of giving something to them as their bread earner is no more ! Let us sincerely think over this and not just throw money just because the church wants it. One sunday's collection goes to caritas but till today I do not know what is done with the money. We have no obligation to look after foreigners who have got aids.
