RESPONSE: Who will pick up the tab? I don't know what the Administration Board can or cannot do w.r.t. litigation in this instance. Here in the U.K., Companies are allowed to defend themselves but not to initiate proceedsings. That too relief is only given in the event the Directors do not loose the case, if they do they are liable for the Bill.
