Totally irresponsible:-
1. To the Government of the much touted NO.1 State in Indian Union.
Simple questions to the govt of Goa and fisheries dept. in particular:
?Has the dept issued instructions to traditional fishermen or otherwise
to keep the beaches/jetties clean after landing catches? What are the
penalties?
2. To the Fishermen in Goa, traditional or otherwise:
Are you Goans? (most traditional fishermen are). For your irresponsible
action at Miramar and Caranzalem beaches, should your licenses not be
cancelled?
Should your boats not be burnt (officially) so that you don't get
insurance cover? Should your nets not be destroyed?
Couldn't you dig a hole in the sand and bury the unwanted fish? Was that
too much work?
And you call yourselves GOANS?
The above shows that in Goa, there is no responsible governance and there
are no responsible people.
This is why Goa Su-Raj has been born.
