Response: Vinay, may I pose a few questions to you:- 1.Do you agree and accept that there was large scale violence against the Christians of Kandhamal in the aftermath of the killing of the Swami? 2. Do you agree and acknowledge that the violence was perpetrated by elements of the sangh parivar like VHP and Bajrang Dal? 3. Do you agree and accept that victims and witnesses in such carnages like that in Gujarat or Kandhamal are intimidated and threatened with further violence, as a result of which the offenders go scot free by being acquitted? 4. Do you accept that there can be miscarriage of justice due to intimidation of victims and witnesses, botched and shabby police investigation, collaboration of prosecutors with the offenders, etc.? 4. Do you believe in the innocence of persons like Dawood Ibrahim, Arun Gawli, Chhota Rajan, etc. just because they have not been convicted in a single case to date? 5. Have you ever spent a few minutes in silence and commiserated / empathised with innocent victims of communal, caste, class or even domestic violence or felt their pain?
