This Puritanical attitude is not doing anyone any good. Let film-makers make films about our past, Lord knows we aren't making any. Having said that it saddens me that people like Barad constantly strive to show the Nehru/Gandhi family in a poor light. India has yet to produce another Nehru, and certainly someone of his stature will not be born in the BJP camp. I've said this before, if we are to become a country, we have to develop a sense of nationhood. Something that we seem to sadly lack and unable to cultivate even at a regional level. Even in Goa, this "your heroes and not my heroes attitude prevails." So Barad give it a rest. best, selma
