That's exactly my question.. Then why do we have shiv sainiks in Goa ? >From what I have learnt about him in school, all I can deduce is that he was a dangerous diminutive dacoit. As in all cases, his apostles are good enough example of what he was. Someone, pls enlighten me if I am wrong.
