Dear FN, We must thank God and I really believe it is an act of God, because one exploded prematurely and the other was detected in time before it exploded. Because, from the first set of victims (those two carried the device in the scooter) gave away the identity of the organization they belonged to. If the bombs had exploded after they were planted, it would have been a difficult task for the investigators, and meanwhile, wrong community could have been blamed/implicated. Thanks to Mother Mary and St. Frances Xavior with whose intersession I believe this miracle occured.
I hope the source of material for the explosives is found and this type of occurance does not happen again in our beloved Goa. M.D
