According to Mapusa Police, Raghuvir Mathacharan Sharma (44) has been booked under Section 377 IPC and Section 8 of Children’s Act. Police informed that the accused was working as a security guard at a bungalow owned by a TV actress at Pirazona-Moira.
The accused lured the boy, residing in the neighborhood, into his room on the pretext of giving him a kite and some money on Wednesday evening. The accused thereafter had an unnatural sex with the minor boy. Later, the boy complained to his mother about some pain. On questioning, the boy disclosed to his mother all that had been done to him by the security guard. The mother immediately complained to the police. Acting swiftly, the police led by PSI Vijay Rane nabbed the accused. Medical examination of the accused and the victim has confirmed the sexual assault on the boy.
