A new organization is in the making or should be! A creative center of volunteers need to go into action by forming an organization of people who live in Goa and have the interest of Goans at heart. An obvious area to start with would be the tourism sector where ideas are not linked to a high level of technical knowhow and where creative and eco-friendly ideas can be discussed at various venues in Goa. A sort of aam admi think tank with a website where politicians or their supporters might want to visit from time to time. Academic achievements and qualifications should not matter although education is not an obstacle to something of this nature. What is to be welcomed is/are concrete suggestion from people (party membership and that sort of thing is best forgotten!) about various aspects of Goan life. We live in a world that is complex and we need one another's expertise. By helping each other through creative ways we can enrich our lives. I hope everyone will be welcomed who can enrich Goa's creative input including expats. What matters should be the ideas and not the adress of the e-mail sender. Can we Goans aka crabs succeed?
