I wasn't even talking about over-charging Samir. (The taxi-driver who overcharges heavily probably makes far-less than his counterpart in Mumbai, who earns on a higher turnover, lower margin.)
The Goan fast food I eat at Santa Cruz (near the church) or at D'Silva's in Miramar is extremely good value-for-money... and these guys do good business and earn definitely very decently!
