The outsiders are not to be blamed at all, Amchea Goenkar need to be wise , God
has blessed all of us with wisdom , use it wisely when making such decision ,
nowadays the so called outsiders don't come directly for such purchases , we
have Goenkar Brokers who instead of saving their motherland and advising
Goenkars not to sell, fall in the same pan, but i don't blame them either,
survival of the fittest .
No outsider comes with a gun and holds it on the head of Goenkars to sell them
the land , it's all a matter of choice by Goans and that choice matters a lot
which is very very crucial as the deciding factor.
My last request, Goa administration needs a total overhaul , be it in the
Judiciary, Executive , legislative or any other Govt. of Goa departments, some
senior officers have stayed in their position for tooooo long be it Goenkar or
outsider and this has helped them to study the system and play around with it
for their own benefit and selfish interest.
Be it Land Registry , Police, Immigration, GPSC, Ministries, Courts, etc the
Chief Minister should upgrade the entire system ,like overhauling the old
enginee with a brand new one , new blood , fresh ideas and a commitment to do
something for Goa
Last request , Politicians should not interfere with the work of Technocrats ,
Politicians should mind and and undertake to do those things they promised to
the voters, while Technocrats who are good in their respective fields should be
left independetly to handle the projects Good for Goa and Goans and then see
the positive difference , this is my personal experience in day today
activities.
