You have cited the below website, but unfortunately this is stale news
(2007).  C'mon,  there will be some other recent news, since his wife
has become Secretary of State and Clinton finances and sources may
have been disclosed.

Mario responds:

Sigh!  It looks like I now I have to also explain what the thread is all about
before responding:-))

Hey, MD.  Manuel was bragging about what Clinton did for Africa before Bush
became President.  Bush became President in 2001.  I said Clinton did virtually
NOTHING for Africa until after he was President.  Oh, I forgot one thing
Clinton did.  He went to Africa and apologized for slavery which neither he nor
any current American had anything to do with.

Since Clinton did this in 1998, I am showing this with an article from 1998
that you may consider "stale news":-))

Likewise, when I'm responding to a claim about what happened before 2001 with
an article that showed what Clinton did in 2007 how can any rational person say
that my article was "stale" news?

I have to counter bogus stale news with correct stale news:-)) I hope you
understand:-))  If you don't then it's your problem, with all due respect, of
course:-))

Also, the above website says that most of the finance is raised from
France, other Government and International agencies.  In fact, I see
Clinton as a net earner of foreign exchange, because he collects money
from outside and gives business to American drug manufacturers...quite
American of him. If he had given the business to China or India, the
cost may have been much lower.

Mario responds:

Unfortunately, the best and latest drugs to fight HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria are
not made in China or India.  They only copy the formula and make these as
generic drugs after the US Patent has expired.

And about George W.Bush, while he was in power, he did not like
Canadians much.

Mario responds:

This is false.  George Bush loved Canadians almost as much as I do:-))

MD wrote:

But sadly, after his term, the only country he has visited is Canada, that too
twice and both his visits were marred by demonstrations and lot of heckling.

Mario responds:

To begin with your information is wrong:

Regarding Canada, your own information shows you have it backwards.  According
to you, Bush likes Canada so much that it is the only place he has visited.
However, some Canadians don't like Bush as they showed with their rude and
disrespectful behavior.

I think some Canadians don't like Bush for the same reason some Goans and all
the jihadis don't like him: because he liberated all those Muslims in Iraq and
Afghanistan from brutal Muslim tyrants.  This seems to have upset many
Canadians and some Goans for some strange reason.  Don't the Canadians know
they are sitting ducks without US protection?  Don't the Goans know about all
that Bush did for India?  Shame on these ungrateful people.

He helped liberate Iraq, though WMD were not found (I think Saddam must have
consumed the whole lot of drums), brought in Al Qaeda (that was not there and
Saddam was not an Islamist), initiated hatred between Sunni and Shia sects,
made Iran much more confident now as Iraq is governed by Shia sect.  and
christians are fleeing.

Mario responds:

Actually, MD, I'm sorry to inform you that none of this is true.  You are
probably reading some far left wing websites that hate Bush.  But I like the
way you confidently write as if you know what you are talking about:-))

Apparently you think Iraq had no WMDs since the expected stockpiles were
found.  However, I'm sure you at least know they had WMDs in 1991.  You know
why?  Because he had actually used them against Iran and his own people and
admitted in writing that he had them in the cease fire agreement of 1991.  So,
will you please tell us what happened to them, because your friend Saddam was
unable to.  I think this is because he did not dispose off them as he had
agreed to do, and didn't want to admit this and also didn't want to disclose
where he had hidden them.

If he had actually disposed off them, he would have been able to show the UN
inspectors and saved his head instead of losing it - literally.

Bush did not bring Al Qaeda into Iraq.  What Bush did was liberate Iraq from
Saddam and his Sunni Baathists who had been terrorizing the Shia and Kurds for
decades.

Al Qaeda's Ansar al Islam subsidiary was already operating training camps in
Iraq and Abu Musab al Zarkawi had been given sanctuary and medical treatment
there so they had a presence there already.  The other Al Qaeda jihadis came,
like moths to a flame, to create trouble between the Sunni and Shia to prevent
Iraq from achieving freedom and democracy.  Then after the surge, most of them
ran away leaving behind a few suicide bombers who will all kill themselves
eventually.

If you knew anything about Iraq you would have known that the Sunnis had been
oppressing the Shia in Iraq with Saddam's help for decades.  Bush and the
American forces were and are actually helping the Iraqi government try and STOP
them from killing each other and behave like civilized people.  I think they
are finally getting the message which is why there is very little news in the
media about Iraq.

Your timing of Iran's confidence is also way off.  They have become more
confidant AFTER Bush left because they know they can have their way with
President Hussein who brags of his Muslim heritage and genuflects before King
Abdullah.  Unfortunately, they cannot have their way with Bibi Netanyahu.  If
they don't watch out Israel may soon make Iran look like a Mad Max movie.

If you knew as many Iraqi Christians as I do, most of whom are fleeing to the
US, you would know that they are fleeing from the Islamic jihadis that the
Americans are helping the Iraqi government finish off.

They will eventually be able to return, though I doubt many of them will.

I wonder how come George W.Bush has not even visited the UK to pay a visit to
his buddy, Blair??? Any thoughts on this?

Mario responds:

Bush is busy writing a book and making speeches for big bucks, so Tony Blair
will have to wait.

MD wrote:

Please quote from recent news, not stale ones.

Mario responds:

MD, be reasonable, re.  When you and your friends write stale stuff how can I
correct it with recent news?  It has to be corrected with stale news that fits
your stale stuff.

Now, if you write about recent news that will not only be refreshing but then I
can correct it with recent news as well:-))
