Mario, you have a double standard .Kennedy only supports the right of Women to 
Chose. It cannot be proved that  he has not nor has his partner commit 
abortion. So it is like condemning him to hell for something he has not 
done.Refusing him communion on these grounds is frivolous. Now allowing 
re-married  people to receive communion even if they have their marriage 
annulled previously is the same as committing adultary. Who gave the church the 
authority to annull marriages. In fact the very conclusion of the age old 
Marrriage ceremony is thus. "WHAT GOD HAS PUT TOGETHER LET NO MAN PUT 
ASSUNDER". The Church is in this instance contradicting these very words of 
Christ.
The church has no authority therefore to Annul any marriages.
