See if you can get your hands on one of the Pratham reports. They are
very
reliable. And they don't speak well of education in Goa. From toilets for girls
to
mathematics in the tenth to quality of teachers, the details tell us that the
scene
is disappointing. But, because it's a small state, with a fair infrastructure
already in place, it's possible to do more.
