Are you saying we can earn from the destruction of Goan soil by the kilo and then claim to be concerned about Goa?
Either mining is good for Goa, or it isn't (the talk of "illegal mining" is a red herring by mineowners and their political henchmen who have wrecked legal havoc on many lives in interior Goa for decades now. Seby was dubbed a Naxalite for saying so in as many words!) If mining is causing destruction in Goa, can we claim to be concerned about Goan issues and also hope to earn from investing in mining companies? If mining really isn't cutting badly into the hinterland (and less along the coast), then there's no other issue we in Goa need to worry about, I'd say.
