The other point is that the person accused of the rape almost beat the minister making this comment (Mickky Pacheco) by 800 or so votes in the past election. Wheels within wheels; the reality is one thing... someone making use of this to suit their advantage is something different! FN PS: I guess the tourists will decide less on the basis of Mickky's statements, and more on the UKP, rouble, Euro price of holidays in "paradise"!
