Mario response to Arwin, I suggest you approach some legislators in Goa to change the laws regarding migration into Goa by non-Goans.? Tell them you know what's right for Goa.? They may even be impressed enough to give you a good job with the Goa government as a high level advisor on what is right and wrong so that you can return to Goa and live happily ever after.
