For this to happen, there cannot be isolated attacks on corruption but a
full-scale WAR against CORRUPTION.
And if it must be a WAR, then the strategy must be unfolded clearly and
distinctly on fool-proof basis
If Goa has to see this happening, there should be the much talked, debated,
discussed about UNITY for a PURPOSE by GOANS.
One way this can happen is for Goans to meet Goans and know who is who and
where.
And I am glad to say that the initiation in this regard has been unfolded
yesterday at O'Coqueiro by a few Global Goans meeting there.
The Slogan is
We don't make/broker PEACE.
We don't make/wage WARS.
We only want to meet you and yours to know you better.
We don't want to be part of your Association, your club, your business, your
politics.
Come in sans your baggage, socialize and/or enjoy.
It can be a wonderful experience.
And all this on the basis of the SOLDIER'S ACCOUNT.
Cheers

PS: I have whole-heartedly endorsed this concept and I thank Chris Gonsalves
and Benedict Lobo for conceptualising this unique way to get Global Goans
together.

Subject: [Goanet] Corrupt Goan Ministers
This matter has taken too long and others resident in Goa should take up
the gauntlet and challenge corrupt Civil Servants threatening them with
exposure in the media and action in the courts. This is the only way
corruption will be routed from our society.
