As the New Year approaches, all eyes are on Goa, which is the favourite destination of all for New Year's eve. Whatever the Goa govt. may say, we know it is not prepared to handle terror.
Under the circumstances, all we can do is to be careful; dont visit famous
spots for
New Year's. If possible, try to celebrate at home or low-profile places.
