Dear Mr. Nunes,

Correct, on what you have written above.

Dr. Oscar Rebello is now desperately trying to do damage 
control.  He has sprayed more falsehoods in the Dec 30 
issue of Herald.  Alas, they won't stick to anyone else
but his own self.  See -
