I have been advancing this proposal for quite some time now. We must unite and rid ourselves of this Cancer called corruption otherwise we will never advance and corruption will rule our lives. Goa and indeed INDIA needs to do this . India will never be the power it can be if corruption is not routed out completely. I encourage all Goans to unite and rise up as one to conquer this disease and work for the wellbeing of all Goans.
