This must be the new 'hoarding' at the railway station that is called
CONGRESS. If this is true, then it will be deserted because heretofore all
traffic was due to criminals finding their way from all directions to board
your train with sufficiently required baggage as 'ticket' fees. And your
sensitive screening procedures are blunted by layers of dust from unuse and
neglect.
There is a Goan saying which goes like this:
'SANGLEAR SANGNEM ANI PONDSAK ZALIM VAIMGUIM' which means ( if you are not
a Goan) 'TALK IS TALK WHILE JACKFRUIT TREE GROWS BRINGALS' [hopefully the
non bt-type]
If Congress is sincere ( which is out of the question - Manmohan Singh-ji,
please excuse) it will order Enforcement Directorate to raid each and every
of its Ministers and MLAs and place the loot on the road for everyone to
see. It will have to spend much more than 6150 crores (now intended) to
build the six-lane Highway to accommodate all that loot.
Let me go on record to say that this is one thing that Congress can never
do. Period.
