17 Jan: Deccan Herald. Some warped media coverage has dogged Goa after a few highly publicised cases of rape and deaths involving foreigners. After the February 2008 death of British teen Scarlett Keeling, Goa has been in the media glare for all the wrong reasons. One of Goa's biggest problems is not the police, but the pathetic level of its politicians.
