Hi Con, The problem with most chocolate here is that there is still a lot of sugar in it and it is mostly processed. It is also made at high temperature losing most of the anti-oxidant proprieties are lost. That is the problem with even what the top companies make. Unless one gets pure cocoa balls, or sticks which one scrapes and mixes with water, etc. You can get it in the Caribbean in places like Saint Martens, etc., and also in the US if one looks around.
