As far as extending the date is concerned, I shall inform you about it
later. This announcement was made months back.
The urgency is to publish the Directory before the end of this financial
year, i.e. before 31st March, 2010.
We also know that it will not be complete in all respect at this time.
Hence the 2nd edition of the same will be published next year.
