*A lie* well told and *repeated* constantly *becomes* a *truth* to credulous people. This is the tactic that Mario, a proponent of the "only-NRGs can save Goa" camp. In his last epistle, in response to my question to show us practically by action how we (RGs) can effect change in Goa, all he has in his armour is: "Rajan, Carmen, Arwin, Anil are all trying to show you, but you need to put down that bottomless glass of feni first, and realize that Goa is now under the control of the canines." We Goans are lotus eaters and we will never put down the bottomless glass of feni. You are cordially invited to join us in imbibing the "geographical indicator" spirit of choice so that you can learn the error of your thinking. The feni has curative powers and will soon remove those blinkers in front of your eyes. Arwin has in another post started to outline the contribution of RGs by posting letters of RGs in the Herald on Goanet. Arwin recognizes that RGs are also contributing towards Goa's progress. To blindly assert that only NRGs can change the ground situation in Goa by remote control is ridiculous. To believe that NRGs are our saviours borders on stupidity. Rajan pulled up the CCP. But then Rajan unlike those who only mouth platitudes is a man of action. He has actually done something for Goa.
I have been asking Mario to put his money where his mouth is and do something similar. But the man does not get the message. Will someone explain to him what I am trying to say in a few simple words? But then he believes that he is the only voice of truth. peace and sanity on Goanet.
