Wendell, The items you have highlighted are truly noteworthy and should be on all Goa Loving persons list of resolutions for the new decade. May I add one more. To ensure that all eligible Goans are registered to vote and also ensure that on election day, they turn up and vote out all corrupt , selfish, and dishonest Members of parliament and vote in honest, courageous and selfless MP's who know that it is an honor to represent the people in parliament and ensure that it is the people's business that they are elected to conduct NOT their own and that they are there to do the Peoples work not to enrich themselves at the people's expense.
