Too many directors

From my prior experience, I would like to inform today’s tiatrists that there were a few writers, directors, singers and a few who acted in plays amongst tiatrists in the good old days. There were also a few comedians. Besides, songs in solos, duets, duos and quartos were sung.

Today, people crave to become writers and directors only to earn money, which is basically the reason why tiatrs today lag behind. I would advise our tiatrists to avoid switching from one tiatr to another for the sake of money. In the end, it is the audience who suffers. So also, professional tiatrists should give budding tiatrists a chance to display their skills and talents. There needs to be a reduction in the proportion of writers and directors in tiatrs.
