RESPONSE: It is customary to give a toffee, or small chocolate in lieu of
change of 1 or 2 Rupees.

In the case of the South korean who tendered a 500 Rupee note for goods
purchased to the value of Rs354 - the change (full change) given it
chocolates is day light robbery - perhaps the full real story is not being
told. We need to hear the counter side story as well.!
