3 hours of Panjim Carnival and 7 days of hardship? Who cares? It’s the tourists we care about and not ‘aam Aadmi’ Carnival Float Parade to start around 3pm on 13th Feb but preparation started from 6th February thus putting the general public to great hardship and inconvenience. Look at this.. This is the main bus stop at Panjim Market, there is no way to cross the road until one walks down to Old GMC and then take U turn and walk back to market etc Barricading done here since 10th Feb Look how people crossing (including the elders) These pics was taken from a moving city bus.
