For all those who are quoting the Constitution as an excuse to flood Goa with un-controlled migrant influx!! Were these people or their forefathers actually made part of formulating the constitution; or is there any official acceptance by Goans of this constitution. It is a fair legal document but with respect the Constitution has serious flaws; as it does not take into account the genuine concerns of smaller states/populations!!
