This is an interactive session with the audience on why heritage
buildings are an asset and how they can sometimes be a liability. The
talk will also focus on possible solutions to the latter.
Rajiv D’Silva is architect, and runs a design practice in partnership
with his wife. He is interested in and has worked with heritage issues
at different levels during the course of his professional career.
D’Silva is also member of the Goa Heritage Action Group, partner in a
firm that publishes a monthly magazine on business in Goa,
founder-member of one of the largest quiz clubs in the country and avid
birder and biker.
