Rajesh raised a question about road planning. The Goa govt. has contracted
Central Road Research Institute, a public sector undertaking based in Delhi,
to come up with a 5 year and a 20 year plan for Goa's traffic planning. Goa
Govt. has allocated Rs. 50 lakhs for this work to that institute. They are
supposedly having traffic engineering experts with them.
