It is well known that Goa's Corrupt Ministers have tremendous influence
over
local self-governing bodies, to pursue their selfish/destructive agenda's.
The most recent example is the case of the Benaulim MLA illegally filling
land at Colva, who unfortunately for Goa is also the Tourism Minister. Can
the people of Benaulim//Colva now start questioning the MLA on this and

other serious misdeeds; and possibly look at ways of re-calling him from
the
Goa Assembly. How can there be any hope for Goa and Goans, when we have

people in Power?
