(Letter To Editor Published in Herald, 6th March 2010) The CM of Goa has once again demonstrated his committment to the 'Aam Admi' by returning from Margao to meet his protesting GBA friends on a mere phone call from Dr. Oscar Rebello (Herald, 5 / 3/ 2010). What a precedent set? We only hope the same treatment will be given by the CM to other protesting groups and that they will not be lathi charged if they refuse to disperse. It is also very interesting to know that GBA is endorsing the present RP 2021 process minus the Village and Municipal Plans as required under Article 243ZD of the Seventy-Third Constitutional Amendment.
