It is obvious that Mahanand has very high political connections.
The Goa Police is the dog on the political leash.
If I must predict, Mahanand will walk free with all cases against him
dismissed for lack of evidence. This is where the police comes in, to
sabotage perfect murders.
Goa needs to send the IOs (Investigating Officers) to gallows in cases where
the lack of evidence results in cases being dismissed by the court of law.
Only then the political connections will be revealed. Then the gallows will
have both ends weighted and dangling.
