Theme: Catechesis for Spirituality of the Couple
25 years have passed since Pope John Paul II delivered the last talk of
his landmark catechesis, known as the Theology of the Body, yet very few
people have even heard of this teaching. For the sake of the future of
humanity, it is of vital importance that this teaching be made known and
be lived by as many people as possible. The Couple to Couple League of
India has taken up this challenging task by scheduling a series of
seminars on the Theology of the Body. Hailed as the landmark catechesis
of our dearly beloved Pope John Paul II on love, sex and marriage, it is
not only for married people but also for all those who want to
understand the meaning of life and how we must live it. If you have a
body, the Theology of the Body is for you. In other words it is for

Structure of the seminar:
As an introduction to the subject, we will have 8 sessions of the TOB of
approx. 30 minutes each, followed by 30 minutes of small group sharing
on prepared questions and 30 minutes of general discussion and questions
from the participants.
Two sessions on Friday, Four on Saturday and Two on Sunday. We end with
the first session of NFP on Sunday afternoon.

Those who wish to visit Aurangabad, and the world famous Ellora -
Ajantha caves and return via Paithan Dam should make plans to do so on
19th April, Monday after the Seminar ends & inform us at the earliest.

Program details:
Arrival: 16th April 2010, 5.00 pm for Registration,
First Introductory Session on 16th April 2010 at 7.00 p.m.
Departure: 18th April 2010 by 6.00. p.m.
Cost of Residential Seminar:
Food & Accommodation (Dormitory) for two seminar days: Rs: 500/- per
person i.e.Rs.1000=00 per couple. Those interested in Private rooms will
have to pay Rs.500/- extra per couple on a first come first basis.

after the seminar are as follows: Breakfast: Rs.30/- Lunch: Rs: 75/- and

Travel Guide:
Ahmednagar is located between Aurangabad and Pune.
It is 120 kms from Pune and 110 kms from Aurangabad.
Buses from Goa Departure from Panjim by Kadamba and Paulo travel
at 7.00p.m and 8.00.p.m. respectively . Arrival at Ahmednagar at
7.00.a.m. and 9.00.a.m. respectively. Please alight at Bosco Gramin
Vikas Kendra, Kedgaon, Ahmednagar, which is to your right hand side
after the Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation Octroi post. ( BGVK is about
500 metres after the Octroi Check Post, if you are coming from Pune)
Train from Goa ( Madgaon) 12.00 noon ( Goa –Nizamuddin express) arrives
at Ahmednagar at 1.00 pm.
Train from Bombay, Shirdi Fast Passenger leaves Dadar at 10 55 pm
reaches Ahmednagar via Daund at 8.00 am in the morning.
