I was cock sure that F.N. would respond to my query
by asking a divisive question based on ethnicity which
Governors whether Indian or Portuguese.
Can you F.N. categorically deny that the Delhi appointed
Governors did not loot the artefacts left by the Portuguese
in the Governor's palace or Raj Bhawan in their tenure.
If you are positive and very sure then you should show
proof that no such activities took place and that Indian
Governors were men of integrity, truthful, upstanding and
carried out their duties with Goa in mind. All these supposed
myths of looting are aired in a book titled Nehru Seizes Goa
by a Mr. Laurenco which is banned in India.
As for Mr. Victor Rangel-Ribeiro and Rajesh Desai my mistake
I meant Dona Paula but it came out wrong humble apologies.
Regarding Joe Lobo talking about Elgin Marbles the Greek
Government has approached the British Museum and the
Government many times to return the Elgin Marbles.
If the Goa Government makes overtures to Indian Government
namely the Ex-Governors to return the artefacts would they do it.
What chance have we got we cannot get a few acres of land
to expand Dabolim Airport or the return of the island of
Anjediva to Goan Jurisdiction from Indian Navy.
