I suppose your query was directed at readers in GOA, or at best, India? 
Otherwise how would the logisitcs work?
I have some 78 rpm records of the 60s made by the The Gramaphone Company of 
India under the "HIS MASTER's VOICE" label, mostly rendered by the Goan Folk 
Song & Choral Society, though one is from "Amchem Noxib". The devil is in the 
logistics, of course provided 78 rpm records were also in your mind,
