HSRP tendering process was vitiated: Report Digital Goa News Service Panaji, March 27 - The report of the high level committee on High Security Registration Plates (HSRP), tabled in the assembly today, has exposed the irregularities in the tendering process of the controversial HSRP. The report prepared under the chairmanship of chief secretary says that that the tender process followed in awarded contract this company was vitiated. The reported pointed out serious faults in the tender process. The rates quoted by company are on a higher side. The antecedents of the company director were not verified. Also extra charge for replacement was levied after the tender was opened.
