Seby D’Souza demise mourned:
On March 26, 2010, the Academy of Goa, Panjim, organised a condolence
meeting to mourn the sad demise of veteran tiatrist Seby D'Souza from
Anjuna, Goa, India. The meeting was addressed Domnic Fernandes, John
Claro, TAG president Tomazinho Cardozo, Jessie Dias, Anil Kumar, Fatima,
Michael and others. Seby was seen in the Konkani films “Nirmonn” and
“Kortubancho Sonvsar”. He wrote and acted in tiatr. Seby D’Souza was
among the prominent contractors who would stage plays, particularly in
Bombay. He was handsome and was nicknamed Elvis Presley of tiatr.
Besides being a good actor, Seby was known to be very humble and a
thorough gentleman among the tiatr fraternity.
