If the above news that appeared in oHeraldo (Tuesday, April 6, 2010 -
e-edition)is correct, I think our government must also make MUTKA official
in Goa and yet generate 3 - 4 times the revenue as expected from online
lottery i.e. about 100 crore. This will also help 40 thieves pocket huge
amount officially and yet keep some government chamchas happy by making him
"Mutka commissioner" with cabinet minister rank and so on....
