I honestly find the above to be a strange statement.
You mean to say that the matter went to court, and the court allowed
one party to 'rob' the other?
I'd say this in general:
a: Seek knowledgeable legal help before you go into 'partnerships'.
b: Read all the terms of all contracts
BTW: May I ask what this sentence means: Mr. Mario Cabral e Sa

Was Mario Cabral the lawyer/one of the lawyers for Souza?
