I wonder what the report has to say about the developed countries. It seems to me that there is an implication that the developed countries have more toilets than phones. Of course, the ratio of phones to toilets in the developed countries would be better than countries like India. But the use of phone vs toilets is an absurd one. The correct ratio to compare is how many houses has toilets. And if the article is to be believed, there is an improvement. There is more to be done, but let us also recognize the improvements.
