Great observation. But who is going to bell the cat?Will the Goans be ready to support? Goa is still grumbling on Roman script issue & this is a major block buster.I admire your thinking. All konkankars should come together under one umbrella first.If this step is fullfilled then we can march ahead hand in hand.
