The Director of Panchayats assured me that there is absolutely no lack of funds.I am amazed at the funds used for garbage clearance and still it appears the problem has not been seriously tackled at all! The Politician- Coterie groups controlling and Panches-Sarpanch nexus has to be not only broken but completely destroyed if there is any hope for the Director of Panchayats ,BDOs etc to be able to monitor and implement the Act , Rules and orders they have issued/ existing nicely on paper.
