With due respect to the Goa's Opposition leader, the recently appointed
National Convener for Good Governance Cell of the BJP, Manohar Parrikar
seems not to understand that the need of the hour for GOA is the QUALITY
EDUCATION and not QUANTITY EDUCATION.
If forward looking leaders think backwards, the fate of this State vis a vis
the most important department which is education is in balance. As it is,
the degrees churned out in Goa seem to be looked down upon by the
international world.
When Goa needs to go forward, our leaders who want to slow down this process
must be severely pulled-up for their irresponsible statements and thought
processes.

It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizens contest elections.
It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizen voters elect good, honest
representatives.
GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined,
or to QUIT.
Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance'
be identified and accepted.
