Dear Floriano, No doubt Keith Vaz has retained his seat as a Labour MP, but he has been making headlines in local news for all the wrong reasons, the most recent was MPs expenses scandal where he was hammered by the Daily Telegraph. He may win an election, thanks to the large Asian population in Leceister his constituency.
