Joe D'Souza was appointed a Judge of the High Court in 1983. Funeral service will be held at the Holy Spirit Church, Ngarenaro, Arusha on Saturday 29 May at 12.30pm followed by burial at the D'Souza residence in Sakina, Arusha.
