GWS Annual General Body Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General body Meeting of the Goan Welfare
Society, will be held
on Friday, 18th June, 2010 from 11.00 am onwards at Carlton Tower Hotel, to
transact the following
business:
1) Minutes of the last AGM
2) Presentation of the Annual Activities Report for the period ending May 31,
2010.
3) Presentation of the Annual Financial Statement for the fiscal year ending
May 31, 2010.
4) Action to be taken against the erring Members.
5) Elections to fill five vacancies in the Managing Committee due to the
retirement by rotation.
6) Any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Members are hereby requested to attend and participate in the deliberations.
Those desirous of
contesting the elections are required to file their nominations, on or before
the 12th of June, 2010, to
enable smooth conduct of the process.
Please bring your Membership cards for the purpose of verification at the
entrance at the venue.
